The purpose of the Website is to: present properties and destinations offered for short-term rental; allow interested Users to request information or to enquire about a stay; allow owners to contact Hepicure about listing a property; and provide access to Partner Services provided by independent Partner Service Providers.
Hepicure does not guarantee that access to the Services will be uninterrupted, easy, reliable, accurate, complete or prompt. Hepicure endeavours to publish accurate and up-to-date information but reserves the right to modify or update the content at any time without notice.

Users indemnify Hepicure against any action, claim or demand by any person whose rights may have been infringed by the submitted work, and warrant that the work does not breach any applicable laws relating to defamation, insult, privacy, image rights or public morality.

Evidence convention: These Terms stored on a durable medium under security conditions generally recognised as reliable constitute evidence of communications and agreements between the User and Hepicure.
No waiver: Hepicure's failure to require performance of any provision at any given time shall not affect its right to require such performance at a later date.
Partial invalidity: If any provision is declared unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed not to exist and the remaining provisions shall retain their full force and effect.
