The Hepicure Review

Only properties that
earn it make
the collection.

Every home on the collection has passed our review process, a careful check of the amenities and infrastructure that make a stay genuinely restorative.

Our philosophy

"We do not select properties. We select environments, spaces built for the way the human body heals and performs."

How the review works

3 stages
01

First filter

Design & location

We start with a review of the property's overall quality, architecture, setting, and the experience it is likely to deliver. Only properties that meet our baseline advance.

  • Design and spatial quality assessed by our curatorial team
  • Location evaluated for privacy, nature access, and low stress environment
  • Host reliability and responsiveness verified
  • Photos cross-checked for accuracy, no misrepresentation tolerated
02

Core review

Amenities & infrastructure

We verify every amenity listed, recovery hardware, sleep environment, air and water systems, and fitness equipment. What is claimed must match what is actually available.

  • Recovery equipment verified, sauna, cold plunge, red light, hyperbaric
  • Sleep environment assessed, blackout, acoustics, thermal comfort
  • Air and water quality systems checked and confirmed functional
  • Fitness hardware reviewed for quality and completeness
03

Final stage

Curation & listing

Properties that pass both stages are listed on the collection and matched with guests whose expectations they can genuinely meet.

  • Property profiled against the six Hepicure criteria
  • Listing reviewed for accuracy and completeness
  • Matched to guests based on their recovery priorities
  • Ongoing monitoring to ensure standards are maintained

The Hepicure
criteria

Six areas that research confirms have the greatest impact on recovery, sleep quality, and long-term health. Every property is reviewed against each one, not every home will have all of them, but each must meet a meaningful threshold.

Sleep environment

Blackout, thermal comfort, acoustic quality, and low light pollution for genuine, uninterrupted rest.

Air quality

Filtration and ventilation systems that maintain clean, fresh air throughout the property.

Water quality

Filtered or structured water systems that support daily hydration and recovery protocols.

Recovery hardware

Infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, or hyperbaric chamber, verified and in working order.

Fitness equipment

Quality resistance and cardio hardware that supports an uncompromised performance routine.

Light environment

Lighting that supports natural circadian rhythms, tunable, dimmable, and thoughtfully designed.
