Hepicure maintains a deep portfolio of longevity-optimised villas, apartments, and yachts across the destinations our clients travel to most. Every property has passed The Hepicure Review before it reaches you.

For most briefs, the answer is already on the list. A property in the right country, available on your dates, equipped to your protocol.

Private Search exists for the moments when it is not. A destination we have not yet covered. A specific availability window. A configuration that calls for an off-market introduction. In those cases, we activate our wider network of independent owners and partner agencies, and apply the same review before any property reaches your shortlist.

search unfolds

Five steps, conducted under full discretion. From initial brief to confirmed stay, the process is run by a single point of contact at Hepicure, working in parallel with our network of partner agencies and independent owners.

Brief

You share destination, dates, party size, and any protocol or equipment that is non-negotiable for your stay.

Sourcing

We approach our network of independent owners, partner agencies, and off-market contacts in your destination.

Review

Each candidate property is reviewed against the Hepicure standards before it reaches you. Properties that do not meet them are not shown.

Shortlist

You receive a confidential shortlist with full biological profiles, pricing, and partner provenance. No high-volume listings.

Booking

Hepicure coordinates the contract and acts as payment agent. The owner or partner remains your contractual counterpart.

The Hepicure Review

One standard.
Six criteria.

Every property we list, and every property we source through Private Search, is held to the same six-point review. We do not relax the standard to fill a brief. Properties that fail the review are removed from the shortlist before you see it.

Environmental purity

EMF mitigation, HEPA and activated carbon filtration, structured water, and circadian lighting calibrated across the property.

Sleep optimisation

Acoustic isolation, blackout integrity, thermal regulation, and a verified absence of disruptive electronics in the bedroom envelope.

Recovery hardware

Infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, hyperbaric chamber, PEMF, and contrast therapy infrastructure — present, functional, and verified by our review team before listing.

Fitness and recovery

Professional-grade equipment on site, with sufficient ceiling height, ventilation, and floor specification to support real training.

Operational discretion

A property is only confirmed where the owner or partner can deliver to our standard of privacy, service, and minimal interruption.

Every Private Search candidate is sourced through a known partner or owner relationship. No anonymous listings. No platform-only sourcing.

Listings sold out for the requested dates. We approached two off-market owners in the Balearics through a partner agency and confirmed a private villa with an existing sauna and a contrast-therapy installation completed the previous winter.

Solo client · Two-month sabbatical · City apartment · Acoustic isolation and circadian lighting required

No urban apartment in our standing listings matched the duration. We sourced a residence in Lisbon through an independent owner, verified the bedroom envelope on a site visit, and added blackout retrofit before move-in.

Couple · Charter request · Aegean · Onboard recovery equipment and longevity-trained chef

A standing charter relationship was unavailable for the requested week. We approached a brokerage partner with a vessel meeting the technical specification and coordinated the chef brief directly with the captain ahead of boarding.

Outside our usual urban and coastal perimeter. We worked with a regional partner in the French countryside, reviewed two candidate properties on site, and confirmed the one with the cleanest sleep environment and the best partner-physician access.
